Neat and spacious rooms, well-decorated and in great shape. 🌟

Generally, the place was pleasant and had very, very nice staff from the maids. The rooms were spotlessly clean with big balcony, a modern bathroom, as for instance. The hotel had a marvellous position, close to everything that you need.

Everything was good and the staff was super-friendly.

The rooms here are super clean and shiny, plus they're situated really close to a beautiful beach and the common areas. Big shoutout to the super sweet maids and other staff members 🌟.

location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant, js alcudi mar for 6 nights with the family and the sandy beach.

We all our family members have enjoyed & relaxed so mach. This hotel is value for money for all aspects - like location, conformt, food and so on.

This place offers excellent food and complimentary soft drinks, spacious rooms with a large terrace, in a prime location close to a stunning, pristine beach, as well as clubs and bars.

This hotel should be called "German town".It was very obvious that the entire hotel catered to the Germans. There was German food, German magazines, German tv, German information booklets and hotel survey cards with directions written only in German, all factors suggesting that the only customer opinion this hotel values is their German clientele. I realize that a majority of Mallorca's tourism industry depends on German visitors, but I would expect a 4 star international hotel to at least make an attempt to equally accommodate all of it's visitors, instead of brazenly catering to only one majority group of it's income.

I would have classed plus the lost coachthis hotel as good to excellent in all cases.service, efficiency,freindliness & helpfulness etc except for one teririble error by the reception staff which ruined our holiday. We had preordered a coach to take us to the airport at 12 noon.We checked out at 11.45 & were told to wait outside for the coach.It had not arrived by 12.30.the same receptionist phoned the coach company who said the time the time had been changed & the coach had the coach had called at 11.20 waited 5 minutes ,then left without us.Because of the time factor we were forced to take qa taxi which cost us £75.00 (plus £12.00 coach fare) On checking with the coach company at the airport, we discovered that the coach company"s driver had arrived at 11.20, waited 5 minutes outsside then went to the hotel reception found we were not there,left his card & left. When we checked out 11.45 the coach had been & gone. The receptionist who had been on duty all morning, knew our room number, & that we had not checked out, but had done nothing to cotact us, nor told us that the coach had come 7 gone without us. Had he done so we could have gone by bus. Instead he told us to wait outside the hotel & and it was nearly an hour before he cchecked. He must have known that the coach had come & gone because the coach driver had left his card at reception. Apart from the money loss. the stress caused (we are both 80 years old & not in good health ruined our holiday. Peter Norey

The room we booked was excellent quality and brand new, with a spacious balcony and a modern bathroom, just like they promised.

The service here was excellent, and they offer convenient on-site parking, with a great location close to the beach and shopping areas.

Hotel staff are very polite and they helped us with everything.

It was a double room but with two twin beds together but separate beds. We are a couple and we were expecting to get a queen size bed, but it seems that they use offer the double room like that...two twin beds side by side.

Bar and food prices were very reasonable

The standard of cleaning in my room was very poor. I complained a couple of times (and I never complain!) and it improved slightly for a day or 2 but no apology. Towels and soap not replaced,towels not folded, bath and toilet not cleaned,dirty glass and toilet seat when I checked in. I did not leave my toothbrush out!. No instructions or explanation re tv channels (mostly German) and wifi was worse than dial up. Repeatedly had to log in after 5/10 minutes losing the current page in the process and too slow to post a photo on Facebook. No warmth or friendliness from majority of staff and even though I speak Spanish they constantly spoke to me in German-even my questionnaire was in German. In no way did this feel like a 4 star hotel.
